Ask two people that know you well to complete a Recommendation form and submit a Letter of Recommendation on your behalf. (If you have been on the camp staff in the past, we will use previous Letters of Recommendation.)
Leadership Positions
Camp Staff includes:

Camp Registrar (volunteer position)

Spiritual Leaders/Teachers (volunteer positions filled by clergy)

Camp Program Director (paid position)

Counselors (high school graduates/college students- paid position)

Counselors in Training CITs (high school students- paid position)

Craft Leader (paid position)

Cook/s (some volunteer and some paid positions depending on availability)
Most counselors and CIT staff have the experience of being campers for a number of years prior to joining the staff. Backgrounds checks are completed on all volunteer and paid staff members. A three day orientation and training workshop is presented at the beginning of each camp season.
